Who this is about
E-PATH DIGITAL LTD, company number 17293554, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Suite 2.2 My Buro, 20 Market Street, Altrincham, Cheshire, WA14 1PF. For anything on this page, contact contact@e-path.co.uk.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, email address, optionally your organisation, the type of enquiry, and your message.
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and does no advertising or cross-site tracking.
What is stored in your browser
One thing: if you use the light/dark control in the header, your choice is saved in your browser’s local storage under the name epath-theme, so the site opens the way you left it. It never leaves your device, it is not a cookie, and it is not sent to E-PATH DIGITAL or to anyone else. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it, after which the site follows your system light or dark setting again.
Why, and on what basis
Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to discuss the work. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — responding to someone who has deliberately made contact.
Who else sees it
Three services handle an enquiry on its way to E-PATH DIGITAL, and none of them for their own purposes. The site and the form are hosted on Microsoft Azure. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the submission is not automated, and is sent your IP address to do so. Resend then delivers the enquiry to the E-PATH DIGITAL mailbox as an email.
That is the whole list. Your message is not sold, not shared for marketing, and not passed to anyone else.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for as long as the business relationship requires. Enquiries that do not lead anywhere are deleted once they are of no further use.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email contact@e-path.co.uk. If you are not satisfied with the response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
