Setup Instructions
Note on Images: The copied signature uses logos hosted from e-path.co.uk. Publish this web project before installing the signature so the logo appears reliably in email clients.

Option 1 — Direct link: Open Outlook Signature Settings and paste your signature.

  1. Click "Copy for Web Email" above to copy the formatted signature.
  2. Click the link above (or go to Outlook → Settings ⚙ → Mail → Compose and reply).
  3. Under Email signature, click inside the editor and press Ctrl + V to paste.
  4. Name the signature and click Save.

Option 2 — PowerShell (Exchange Online): Set your signature directly on Exchange, no copy-paste needed.

  1. Click "Set via PowerShell" above to download a .ps1 script.
  2. Open PowerShell and run it. It will install the ExchangeOnlineManagement module if needed, sign you in, and set your signature.
  3. Your signature will sync across New Outlook, Outlook Web, and Outlook Mobile automatically.
  1. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button above to copy the signature.
  2. Open Google Mail (Gmail) in your web browser.
  3. Click the Settings Cog in the top-right corner and click See all settings.
  4. Scroll down to the Signature section and click Create new.
  5. Name it, then press Ctrl + V to paste the signature into the edit box.
  6. Set your default signature settings for "For new emails use" and "On reply/forward use".
  7. Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page and click Save Changes.
  1. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button above to copy the signature.
  2. Open the Mail app on macOS.
  3. In the top menu, go to Mail > Settings... (or Preferences) and click on the Signatures tab.
  4. Click the + (Plus) button to add a new signature and select the email account.
  5. Uncheck the box that says "Always match my default message font".
  6. Paste the signature into the signature text field (press Cmd + V).
  7. Note: The logo image may appear as a outline box or placeholder in Apple Mail's preferences, but it will render correctly when writing emails.
